Refund & Returns Policy

At Galimas, we are committed to fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction in accordance with ethical and Islamic business principles.
1. General Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 7–14 days of delivery, provided that all conditions below are met.
This policy is based on:
- Mutual agreement (tarāḍī – mutual consent)
- Clear disclosure before purchase
- Fairness to both customer and seller
2. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned if they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Item is in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or damaged items (not due to our fault)
- Items without tags or original packaging
- Sale / clearance items (unless defective)
- Undergarments or personal wear items (for hygiene reasons)
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
In such cases, we will:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Provide a full refund, including delivery costs (if applicable)
This aligns with the principle of:
The seller being responsible for faults present at the time of sale
5. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
We do not delay refunds unjustly, in line with fair trade principles.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes
- Different available items
This is subject to stock availability.
7. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we will cover shipping
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, the order will fall under the standard return process.
9. Important Principle (Islamic Transparency)
By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.
We ensure:

- No misleading descriptions
- Full clarity before payment
